Printing
We print on full cardboard, but we can also print on fine corrugated cardboard (F and G shaft) directly, so there is no need to laminate the printed sheets on shaft.
Our shining performance
With our KBA Rapida 106 press, which has six inking units and a coating unit, we achieve impressive foil and gloss effects with the integrated cold foil unit. The use of low-migration inks and food-safe additives is self-evident for us and enhances the sustainable quality of our print products.
With the cold foil unit, we create print results we are proud of and bring packagings to life.
Refinement options
Hot foil stamping, partial spot coating (e.g. UV high-gloss coating) or foil lamination are no foreign words to us.
Die-cutting
Through the use of modern die-cutting machines, we process unprinted and printed cardboard sheets in a wide range of basis weights up to sheet size 920 x 1,300 mm.
We produce the custom-sized packaging that you and your products need: From the production of individual samples for “packaging try-ons” to smaller quantities for machine run testing to very high volumes.
Gluing
On four gluing machines, we produce the whole range of folding box constructions. From standard to special gluing: folding boxes with longitudinal seam gluing, folding boxes with automatic bottom, 2-, 4- or 6-point boxes, banderoles and sleeves, conical and nested packaging, folding boxes with foil window.
Storage
Besides folding box production, on-site storage capacities are available for our customers.
By arrangement, we store your Heynen products at low cost and deliver them on demand at short-term notice. Our customer service keeps an eye on all storage details and is in close contact with you.
